How To Add Shopify eCommerce On Facebook

1. Update Your Facebook Page Settings

2. Activate the Facebook Sales Channel

In Shopify, the various platforms where you sell your products are represented by sales channels. Navigate to โ€˜Sales Channelsโ€™ on the left-side menu of your Shopify dashboard. When you click the plus icon, a pop-up window will appear, displaying your available sales channels, including Facebook. 

3. Set Up Your Facebook Shop

Once you add a Facebook sales channel, choose โ€˜Sell your products on Facebookโ€™ and click โ€˜Start Setupโ€™. To gain access to the Facebook Pages you manage, connect your personal Facebook account first. Choose the Facebook Page you want to be associated with your store from the list that appears. Click the Connect Account button and confirm your Shopify domain.

4. Create and Connect Your Facebook Commerce Account

Locate the Facebook Commerce Account section and click on 'Create new'. Facebook will automatically create a catalog and your Shopify product listings will automatically sync. Once the sync is done, you may start organizing your products into collections and customize your Facebook Shop. 

Following the connection of your business Facebook account, Facebook will review your store to ensure that your store complies with its policies. It may take up to 48 hours for Facebook to review your store, and you will be notified via email if you are approved or denied.

5. Optimize Your Facebook Sales Channel

After you've created your Shopify Facebook store, you'll need to figure out how to market it. Marketing a Shopify Facebook store is similar to marketing any other business. You must understand your target audience, where they spend their time online, and what motivates them.
